John has completed two projects for me in the last three years. John and his crew do meticulous work and are very reliable to get the project accomplished. I would hire him again.

John did a complete gut remodel of a bathroom in my house. Great quality and communication from the project estimating phase through construction. The existing space was a challenge and John came up with good ideas to better utilize the space available to check our boxes. The job was done on schedule and budget.

Great work. Turned the small attic into a large bedroom. It was tricky work with the crawl space and the dormer windows, but it turned out great. He’s very professional, knowledgeable and reliable. Highly recommended.

I have completed Phase-1 and now on Phase-2 on the renovation of a 1906 home. The Nellis family has demonstrated a commitment and collaboration to the needs and wants of the customer. I appreciate the communication and the creativity to problem solve and initiate the outcome of what a customer desires for a renovation. Can’t wait to move on Phase-2 part 2!!
